Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ludicrous Mode (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

Entertainment & Fitness Disclaimer

Ludicrous Mode is an entertainment and fitness challenge application. The workouts generated are designed to be difficult, intense, and physically demanding. They are provided for entertainment and motivational purposes.

Not Medical Advice: Nothing in this App constitutes medical advice, professional training guidance, or personalized fitness instruction. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or certified fitness professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially high-intensity training.

Exercise Safely

You are solely responsible for exercising safely. You must:

• Warm up properly before attempting any generated workout
• Use proper form and technique for every exercise
• Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath
• Use appropriate safety equipment and spotters when needed
• Adjust weights, reps, and intensity to match your actual fitness level
• Ensure your workout environment is safe and free of hazards

You assume all risks associated with physical exercise, including but not limited to injury, strain, overexertion, and cardiovascular events.

User Accounts

To access certain features (challenges, leaderboards, badges), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content in challenges or usernames
• Create unsafe challenges that encourage dangerous behavior (e.g., extreme dehydration, exercise through injury, unassisted maximal lifts)
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our exercise database or workout generation logic

Nearby & Social Features

The Nearby feature allows you to discover and join challenges with other users at your gym or location. By using these features:

• You consent to your username and gym name being visible to other nearby users (based on your privacy settings)
• You agree to interact respectfully with other users
• You understand that we cannot control all user-generated content in real time
• You may report inappropriate content or behavior through the app

Intellectual Property

Ludicrous Mode and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express permission.

User-generated content (such as challenge names and usernames) remains your property, but you grant us a license to display it within the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludicrous Mode and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or data loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

This includes liability for workouts generated, challenges created by other users, or any fitness-related decisions you make based on the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the App, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time through the profile settings or by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ludicrous Mode operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
