This Privacy Policy describes how [Your LLC Name], d/b/a Circuit Overdrive ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Circuit Overdrive mobile app and website at https://ludicrousmode.app. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to run the app.

Information We Collect

• Account Data: Email address and an encrypted password used to sign you in.
• Profile Data: Your chosen username, gym name (and a normalized gym key derived from it so we can match users at the same gym), privacy mode (public / anonymous / private), and survival count.
• Workout & Challenge Activity: Circuits you generate, survival confirmations, difficulty and zone preferences, and challenges you post or join.
• Nearby & Sabotage: When your privacy mode is Public and you have the Nearby tab open, we broadcast your username, gym key, and an approximate (fuzzed) location to other Public users so they can see you and you can see them. Sabotages can only be sent between users who have mutually consented (rivalry pairs). Nothing is broadcast while you are in Private mode, and we do not store exact GPS coordinates.
• Safety Data: Blocks and reports you submit are retained so we can enforce our community rules and protect users.
• Device & Diagnostic Data: Browser/device type, OS, app version, and basic error logs to help us fix bugs.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use device local storage to:

• Keep you signed in
• Store your workout preferences and generated circuits locally
• Remember your difficulty and zone selections
• Remember one-time safety acknowledgments for high-intensity tiers

Analytics

We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with Circuit Overdrive. This helps us improve workout generation, fix bugs, and prioritize features. Analytics data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. We may add or change analytics providers in the future; this policy will be updated accordingly.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the app and its features
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure
• To enable social features like Nearby challenges and leaderboards
• To personalize your workout experience
• To send you important service updates (we do not send marketing emails)

Requesting Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly in the app from the Profile screen. Deletion is immediate and removes your account, profile, posted challenges, sabotages, and rivalry records. You can also email us at privacy@ludicrousmode.app if you need help.

Children’s Privacy

Circuit Overdrive is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Circuit Overdrive after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
